Leizerman Law, LLC ("we") operates leizerman.law. This policy describes, plainly, what happens with your information on this site. Last updated: July 10, 2026.

What we collect: almost nothing. This site uses no advertising trackers and no third-party analytics. We do not set tracking cookies. The only data stored on your device is a single preference in your browser's local storage remembering whether you chose dark or light mode — it never leaves your device.

The contact form. The "Send Case Details" form does not transmit anything to our servers. When you submit it, your device opens your own email application with a message pre-addressed to joshua@leizerman.net containing what you typed. Nothing is sent or stored unless you choose to send that email yourself.

Phone calls and emails. If you call, text or email us, we receive the information you choose to share and use it only to respond to your inquiry and evaluate your potential case. Contacting us does not create an attorney-client relationship.

Third-party services. This site is served by Cloudflare, which may process standard technical request data (such as IP addresses) to deliver and secure the site and loads fonts from Google Fonts. External credential-verification links on this site lead to independent organizations with their own privacy practices.
